Episode 13

Mrs. Clark' class

Tape man joined our class just a few hours before the winter break. It just so happened that we were making ornaments in math so he joined in the fun. Tape man chose a piece of wrapping paper with snowmen on it. He said they looked a little like him. He wanted UVA paper, but alas, there was none available, so he made do with the snowy scene. His ornament was true masterpiece and a testament to his hard work and creativity.

Episode 12

When TapeMan entered our class, he decided since he was single he wanted to sit in the back of the room. So, his classmates decided to help him find true love by using stickylove.net. He met TapeGirl and now carries a picture of her with him everywhere. He heard about the FMS Talent Show and wanted to get involved. He played a big role in one of the commercials and has decided he really likes acting!

Episode 11

Tapeman had to stay at school over the Thanksgiving break because no one invited him to their house for a turkey dinner. That allowed him to get lots of rest in Mrs. Harmony’s room. He was very excited when the students returned because he got to learn about genetics. He did not realize that his 23rd pair of chromosomes was XY since he is a male. One bright student even decided that his translucent skin color is recessive so both of his parents are probably almost see-through as well. This might mean that he sunburns easily so we are going to give him a bottle of sunscreen to carry with him when he goes outside to participate in Fun Friday.

Episode 10

Well, Tapeman has decided to move to Mrs. Ellis’ room. She and the students are extremely nice and helpful. His first day there was the benchmark, and he was so nervous that he passed out and fell on his face. The students said that if he used Prove It! that it would help him to do his best. Guess what? It did!

After that, Tapeman headed to gym where he talked so much that Mr. Norman took a letter and made him sit out! He behaved better in all of the classes that followed that he was able to go to the Privilege Party. It started with an auction where Mrs. Farley sold him a basket of candy for $350 FMS dollars. Next, Tapeman went to Mrs. Ellis’ scavenger hunt where he found all of the items and was rewarded with a popcorn ball and a Patio Pass. Mrs. Harmony’s snack room was delicious with many treats. Finally, it was off to play bingo in Mrs. Robert’s room. Tapeman didn’t win, but he had a great time with the Camelot team!!!

Episode 9

Tapeman eagerly awaited Mrs. Martin's Hombase on Monday morning. The students were happy to see we had a new student and made him feel right at home. Tapeman must have been tired from such a busy week last week, because he spent his first day sitting in the back of the class, with not much to say. Unfortunately, he lost his first privilege letter for wearing a hat inside after many warnings! On Tuesday, he started fresh and was glad to get out and take the long walk inside the building for lunch! For the rest of the day he was excited to read fairy tales and enjoyed them greatly!

Episode 8

Tapeman arrived and yelled, "my students!" He just sneaked through the door from MAC 315! That is short for mobile academic cottage! He got here on Wednesday during bus time!

He arrived wearing several shirts and WINGS! Must have been how he arrived so quickly and quietly!

The class decided since the Swine Flu is so contagious, and Tapeman forgot to bring his form in on time to get the shot, that they needed to add some precautions to help him stay well through the flu season. We gave him a bottle of Germ-X, a surgical mask, and a latex glove. Gee, we sure hope he isn’t allergic to latex. Now he will be safe since he isn’t getting his H1N1 shot!

Good luck, Tapeman! Stay well because we love you!

Mrs. Kramer’s class

Episode 7

The students in Mrs. Terrell’s class were so bright that Tapeman decided he needed sunglasses and decided he wanted to go to UVA. Before he left though, he dressed up with his bow tie and new hair style for picture day. The wings helped him to get to his next location.
